Jason joined Arthur Ventures in 2023 after a 15-year career at Morris, Manning & Martin, where he was a Corporate/Tech Partner.
At MMM, Jason represented many fast-growing tech companies as well as a number of funds investing in tech companies (including Arthur Ventures). Jason’s first transaction with Arthur Ventures was in 2016, when he represented Linux Academy in its financing with Arthur Ventures.
Jason graduated from Wake Forest University (Undergrad) and Mercer University (Law School).
