Andrew Christensen

Career stats: Joined AV in 2009; formerly with Dakota Venture Group. Graduated from the University of North Dakota and North Dakota State University.

Words that describe me: Curious. Focused. Patient. Husband. Family. Running. Traveling. Lakes. #SkolVikings. Rap Caviar. Emerging Prairie.

Why I joined Arthur Ventures: The opportunity to build a national investment platform for elite B2B software companies located outside Silicon Valley.

The most successful founders I work with: Lead with conviction. Conviction pushes teams into uncharted waters. Conviction shows why the future is certain. Conviction leads to inevitable success.

On venture capital: Capital is a commodity, but the people you choose to be by your side are assets.

What founders should know about me:  I believe serving founders is a noble cause. I care deeply about being a trusted partner and will do whatever it takes to help our teams win. Outside of AV, you’ll likely find me on a running path, floating on one of Minnesota’s 10,000 lakes, or attempting to finish the backlog of books on my bookshelf. I live in the North Loop neighborhood of Minneapolis with my wife, Colie.
